e5c495c270 Update to libpciacces 0.18.1. ok kettenis@ 
removes the autotools build system and add a simple make based one.
The existing xenocara obj dir needs to be wiped before a make obj / make buildx

fff7e715c9 Grab the pointer against the root window instead of the client we're attempting 
to move and/or resize; prevents XNextEvent() from blocking on a client that
might have been moved to a Withdrawn state.
