matthieu eade2b8782 merge from xorg -current: ...

- don't carch when xf86IsCorePointer() isn't defined.
- do our own scaling with USB device since ConvertProc() isn't called
  automatically by X
- set type_name to XI_TABLET
- fake device limits == screen limits in xserver 1.4 for xinput
pointed out by sthen@
