Joseph Wayne Norton	753749de6a	Add "ubf_" prefix to UBF(b) meta types. ... Add "ubf_" prefix to UBF(b) meta types to help distinguish between other types. In addition, add and extend qc_ubf:command_gen/3 API to generate rpc outputs as well.
