753749de6a Add "ubf_" prefix to UBF(b) meta types. 
Add "ubf_" prefix to UBF(b) meta types to help distinguish between
other types.

In addition, add and extend qc_ubf:command_gen/3 API to generate rpc
outputs as well.  This API can be useful for testing UBF related tools
such as network protocol encoders and decoders.

193c594af4 Turn on TCP_NODELAY to address the following performance issue: 
The combination of Negel algorithm at client side and delayed ack
at server side causes large latencies for sending small packets.
