Julien Fischer 8806a5ee6b Fix the failure of hard_coded/float_gv in the Java grade.
tests/hard_coded/float_gv.m:
In Java, define 'Coord' as a static nested class and define it in a
foreign_code rather than foreign_decl pragma. As currently written
     it is not valid Java.
