Zoltan Somogyi 12deb40264 Rename all the get access predicates in these modules that don't
Estimated hours taken: 0.1
Branches: main

compiler/hlds_clauses.m:
compiler/hlds_pred.m:
Rename all the get access predicates in these modules that don't
already have put "get" in their name. (The names of the set access
	predicates were OK already.)

compiler/*.m:
	Conform to the above.
