    Update programming style.

tests/declarative_debugger/*.inp:
    Update line numbers in breakpoint commands.

    Update expected line numbers.

tests/exceptions/Mercury.options:
tests/general/Mercury.options:
    Disable some warnings that are irrelevant to the test.
