43fffc2395 Make hlc grades find MR_nth_code_unit and MR_offset_streq.

    As above. This fixes Mantis bug #380.

    Convert this module to four-space indentation.

tests/valid/bug380.m:
    Peter's test case for the bug.

tests/valid/Mmakefile:
    Enable the new test case.
