18933e8ec1 Add more thorough tests of fact tables. 
tests/hard_coded/fact_table_test_{1,2}.{m,exp}:
    Add these two test cases.

tests/hard_coded/fact_table_test_1_table_a:
tests/hard_coded/fact_table_test_1_table_b:
tests/hard_coded/fact_table_test_1_table_c:
tests/hard_coded/fact_table_test_2_table_a:
    The fact table files of the new test cases.

tests/hard_coded/Mmakefile:
    Enable the new test cases.
