Eliminate a dependency on the LLDS: use c_util__output_quoted_string

	Eliminate a dependency on the LLDS: use c_util__output_quoted_string
	rather than llds_out__output_c_quoted_string (which just calls
	c_util__output_quoted_string anyway).
